Returns & Exchanges

If you have changed your mind about the item, I do not accept returns or exchanges if the order has already been posted.

I only accept returns after posting if the item is received damaged/ faulty. I do try my best to make sure each bag is of a good enough quality to send out, but I understand that these things get missed sometimes.

I ask for a photo of the damage/ fault before processing a return/ refund.

My returns cut off is to be informed within 7 days of receiving the item.

Your refund will be processed upon me receiving the item back in its original condition.
